RECEPTION ONLY PACKAGE
Your wedding package includes:
- Venue hire & exclusive use of Amaroo (from 2pm the day of the wedding until check-out)
- 1 nights’ accommodation in five-star luxury for up to 16 guests (8 x chalets)
- Wedding coordinator in the lead up and on the day
- Assistance in wedding design, and logistics such as timings and floorplans.
- Vendor management and booking as requested.
- Reception furniture inclusive from the whole Infinity range
- Single stem floral vases and bespoke candle design
- All of the small details including cards box, knife etc
- Pre-dinner cocktail hour with bubbly on arrival and a light grazing board
- Catering – your choice of plated set menu or cocktail style
- Beverages – includes $2000.00 bar tab

CEREMONY & RECEPTION PACKAGE
Your wedding package includes:

- 6.5 hours of couples Day Spa treatments/services included
- Wedding coordinator in the lead up and on the day
- Assistance in wedding design, and logistics such as timings and floorplans.
- Vendor management and booking as requested.
- Ceremony rehearsal the day prior
- Blooms for couple, floral ties, arbor and welcome sign piece
- Ceremony inclusive of arbor, chairs, signing table and bespoke signage
- Pre ceremony bubbles for guests’ arrival
- Pre-dinner cocktail hour at the bar with grazing board
- Reception furniture inclusive from the whole Infinity range

Infinity is one of Perth’s most trusted and respected wedding planning, styling & hire companies. Owned by Tash and Mike, they have been working in the Perth event industry for 10+ years. Their recent focus has been on providing couples with everything they need for a stress-free, stunning wedding, with their latest collaboration launching a luxury package with Amaroo Retreat.
These mightily convenient packages can be customized to your liking, but they really do offer the whole shebang (Think: sourcing suppliers, planning the big day, styling your ceremony and reception area), trust us, you won’t need to lift a finger!
With a huge range of furniture and styling items plus in-house floristry & certified planners, our passionate team is ready to bring your day together.
CUSTOM PACKAGE
Maybe you have a smaller number guests, are looking to elope, or want to include something a little left of centre, we would be more than happy to provide a custom quote based on your requirements!
PRE AND POST WEDDING RECOVERY
If you are looking to indulge in some luxuries whilst you stay with us, why not include a visit to the day spa?* Our services are conveniently on-site and can accommodate you, your bridal party, or special guests to make a truly unforgettable stay even better at Amaroo. *Services are included in our ceremonies and wedding packages for couples. Our team will take your bookings in advance
KAPURN SKIN
Similarly, if you celebrated a little too hard, or perhaps one of your guests did the celebrating for you, our onsite clinic Kapurn Skin, has Registered Nurses who can arrange the perfect Post Wedding Recovery Package through our highly popular IV Nutrient Therapy. You can discuss this hydrating therapy with Kapurn Skin prior to your wedding or book directly with our reception team.
